Please be aware that by making an appointment at The Lincoln Beauty Company, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Since we turn away other clients to hold your booking, any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total amount of your appointment. No other bookings will be made until this is paid.
Late Rescheduling Fee
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Since we turn away other clients to hold your booking, and rescheduling of appointments made within 24 hours will result in a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of your appointment cost. Your rescheduled appointment will not be confirmed until this rescheduling fee is paid.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. We recommend you plan ahead for your visit to The Lincoln Beauty Company and are happy to answer any questions about how to get to us. We have free parking outside of the salon.
Unfortunately, if you arrive 15 minutes late or more, this will result in your treatment being cancelled and the cancellation policy fee being applied. No more appointments will be made until this fee is settled.
Refund Policy
All of our treatments are carried out by a qualified lash and brow specialist who is fully insured. On the extremely rare occasion that you are unsatisfied with a treatment you have received, please bring it to our attention before you leave the Salon.
We do not offer refunds on any services however, we promise to ensure you are completely happy before you leave the Salon.
